Coaching Services
Coaching is a structured, dialogic process that empowers individuals or teams to unlock their potential, clarify their goals, and develop strategies for growth - all through reflective questioning, active listening, and non-directive support.
Rather than giving answers, I foster awareness, responsibility, and self-directed learning, helping you move from where you are to where you want to be.
Change is inevitable, growth is intentional.

About Me
For most of my life, I navigated change with confidence. I built an international career, lived across cultures, and worked in demanding professional environments where clarity and communication were my strengths. Transition was something I understood - academically, professionally & strategically.
Then midlife arrived, menopause didn’t just bring physical changes, it unsettled my focus, my confidence, and the way I saw myself at work. I felt out of step in rooms where I had once felt assured. My energy shifted and my inner dialogue changed. For the first time, I experienced transition not as growth, but as loss and it threw me.
However, that became my turning point, so instead of pushing through, I chose to understand what was happening. I trained deeply in neuroscience, positive psychology, and coaching.
I studied change - not as theory, but as lived experience.
And slowly, I rebuilt, not the old version of myself, but a stronger, steadier one.
Today, I work as a Change and Transition Coach for intelligent, professional women navigating midlife. Women who are accomplished, capable and quietly questioning themselves.
This stage of life is not a decline. It is a transition. And with the right support, transition becomes transformation.
